• PLEASE BRING A PRINTED COPY OF YOUR INVOICE, SHOWING A ZERO BALANCE, TO THE WORKSHOP YOU ARE ATTENDING. IT IS YOUR VERIFICATION OF PAYMENT. IF THERE IS A BALANCE DUE ON THE INVOICE, IT MEANS THAT YOUR PAYMENT WAS NOT RECEIVED AND YOUR SPOT WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED. REGISTRATION ALONE DOES NOT GUARANTEE A PLACE IN WORKSHOP. WORKSHOP REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY. If we cancel a workshop you will get a full refund. If you cancel your attendance, there will be no refunds unless the workshop has a waiting list and we are able to completely fill your space(s). Spots will be filled in the order they were registered and any refunds issued will be minus 20% office fees.Refunds will be sent thru paypal, unless other arrangements are made prior and will be minus any paypal fees(generally under $1.00) MERCHANDISE RETURN: We supply measurements on all garments, accessories, so please check them carefully to see if they are your size. There are no returns on Vintage and Designer Recycled Merchandise. Please note there will be some minor flaws on occasion on our recycled goods. They will be detailed in the description so you are buying these items as is. RPY APPAREL RETURN/EXCHANGE: We can exchange for size but believe that a bit of careful reading/measuring on your part will eliminate that need.We provide measurements in our product listings so please check them to get your size right. Should that theory fail, we can exchange for size only, not styles. And you will be charged for shipping.
